    • Preferred shipping date

    Once submitted, we’ll follow up with delivery instructions and an invoice.

  • Step 2

    Collect Your Sample

    Please collect your sample on the same day you plan to ship it. This ensures we capture the most accurate snapshot of your soil’s active biology.

    Ship Your Sample

    Proper handling is key. Please:

    • Keep the sample intact and minimize shaking or disturbance
    • Use Next-Day Delivery when possible (2–3 day delivery is acceptable)
    • Email us your tracking number once shipped

  • Pricing

    Microscopy analysis (soil or compost): $125 per sample Includes a concise written summary, interpretation of findings, and recommended next steps

    Optional add-ons:

    • Active-biology photos (up to 5 images): $50 per sample
    • Macronutrients (N‑P‑K) + pH: $75 per sample
    • Sample pickup (when available): $20 flat trip fee

    On-site sampling (GROZOME collects):

    • Mileage: $0.78/mile (round trip from GROZOME lab) Sample collection: $25 per composite sample/zone (plus microscopy analysis pricing)
    • Field visit: $100 flat (up to 1 hour on-site near Swannanoa)
