Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. GROZOME is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)
• Include your order number and photos if applicable
• We’ll work with you to help resolve the issue
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
Orders returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Subscriptions (if applicable)
Subscription orders will ship according to the selected subscription schedule. Changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing date to affect future shipments.
